Tasks:
Prepare and implement the annual plan for the Department after its approval.
Follow up on the implementation of the provisions of the laws and regulations governing the Commercial Agent Register.
Supervise the regulation and control of markets in coordination with the competent authorities to register in the Commercial Register and the Commercial Agents Register and monitor their activities.
Supervise the recording of economic, professional and craft activities.
Supervise the review of commercial agency contracts and ensure that they meet the conditions to be fulfilled.
